Power Requirements for a Misting System

What actually uses power in a misting system

In a misting system, the electrical draw comes from a few components. The high-pressure pump is the main one, since it is a motor that pressurizes water to about 1000 PSI. If you have a Luxaire ceiling misting fan, the fan motor, LED light, and remote receiver also use power.

The misting lines and nozzles themselves use no electricity. They only carry pressurized water. So your power planning really comes down to the pump and any fans.
