We also handle the breakdown and pickup after your rental period ends, so you don't have to lift a finger.

Our standard rental period is 8 hours per day, which is perfect for most events and gatherings. Need it longer? We offer flexible multi-day, weekly, and monthly rental extensions at discounted rates. Just let us know your needs when booking and we'll customize a plan for you.

Most of our units run on a standard 110V household outlet — the same type you'd find in any home or venue. For outdoor events without power access, we also offer self-contained units that operate independently. Just let us know your setup when booking and we'll bring the right equipment.

Water consumption varies by model and settings. Our units are equipped with 11-gallon tanks that provide extended run times. Smaller misting fans use less water, while larger swamp coolers may use more depending on the temperature and humidity. We'll refill or swap tanks as needed throughout your event.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled rental. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a partial fee. We understand plans change, especially with Arizona weather, so we always try to work with our customers. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
