What comes in the kit

The setup kit is the plumbing and hardware between your pump and the air. Each part is chosen to hold up at 1000 PSI and to last in Arizona sun and hard water, so the kit is not a bag of generic hose parts.

Why stainless anti-drip nozzles matter

The nozzles are the business end of the whole system. Stainless steel resists corrosion and holds a precise orifice, which is what produces the fine micron fog that cools without wetting. Cheaper tips wear and clog faster, especially in hard water.

Anti-drip is the other key feature. These nozzles seal off when pressure drops, so they stop cleanly instead of dribbling onto your patio between cycles. That keeps surfaces dry and avoids the spotting that plain nozzles leave behind.

Why the line and fittings are high-pressure rated

A true misting system runs at 1000 PSI, far beyond what ordinary hose and barbed connectors handle. The kit's high-pressure line and brass fittings are built for that pressure, which is what keeps the system leak-free and safe over years of summers.

Using rated components is not optional at this pressure. It is the difference between a tight system that fogs evenly and one that weeps at every joint and loses pressure. The brass fittings also stand up to heat cycling better than plastic.

How the kit fits into a complete system

Think of a full misting fan setup as three parts. The Luxaire fan provides the mount, blades, misting ring, and light. The high-pressure pump builds the 1000 PSI. The setup kit supplies the line, nozzles, fittings, and hardware that carry and release the fog.

Together, fan plus pump plus kit is a complete DIY system that runs on standard 110V power and a garden-hose water source. One 1/4 GPM pump covers up to three fans and a 1/2 GPM pump covers four to six, so the kit scales with the size of your setup.
